Your work is yours
You own your notes and drafts. We only process them to create your draft, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Check your drafts
Drafts are written by AI and can be wrong. Review everything before you publish it — you're responsible for what you share.
Please don't
- paste confidential, NDA, or client work, or other people's personal information;
- abuse the service or try to get around its limits;
- use it for anything illegal, or to pass off someone else's work as your own.
Legal details
You must be 16 or older to use Artifact. It's provided as-is, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. We may update them, and the date above shows the latest version.
